Classes are available Monday through Thursday early mornings or evenings and Saturday mornings. Classes are formed when 6 or more people are interested in the same topic for the same day/time period. Call to sign up. When there are enough people, you will be called to see if you can attend. All classes are $15 per person per week. Come for the whole series or part of it. So you don't need to lose weight, but you are confused about healthy eating and want to learn more about nutrition. This 8 week class covers basic nutrition concepts, fact vs. nutrition- fiction, menu planning, shopping tips, and more. This class is perfect for the single person or family.
